Does anyone else buy from this site?I'm curious what your experience has been with the products from the various suppliers.I recently bought a Z1 short shift. I'm not to happy with it. Looks very used or poorly built.Does anyone else have anything to say?
This is officially the first complaint I have ever heard about Coz. I have ordered somewhere in the neighborhood of like 12k in parts from him over the years and have never ever had an issue with anything.
Good or bad about their experiences with this site? The guy i got emails from regarding my issue seemed very polite. But IMO is taking forever to figure out what's going on. Almost a week with no resolution or emails about anything.Honest opinions are greatly appreciated!!Edit: thanks everyone for your honesty. Reading and considering all thats been said, I will continue to shop and add to my wishlist on that site.Furthermore, I want to say that this community is great! Nothing but help and good info. I reached out to them for some help with solving some cooling issues on my 93TT years ago. Being that they were a local company, I assumed it would be great to work with them to solving it.
The issue was that when the A/C was on and it was 110+ out that the car would eventually have the coolant temps climb toward the warning line (but it never crossed the line). They recommended I replace my recently purchased new single core OEM radiator with one of their Koyo dual core shiny aluminum ones, and the flashy bracket that was required to use it. End result was that it cooled poorer than the OEM one, and they wouldn't accept a return. In addition, the plastic bleeder screw that came with it leaked and fell apart, causing a nightmare of a mess in the engine bay. Total waste of about $750 if I remember right with the labor costs. At other times, I would ask them about various other parts they were selling, specifics about how they changed the operation of the vehicle (ECU/suspension/etc), but they didn't have any knowledge beyond the bullet points of what the manufacturer gave them.
Coz and Nick are awesome and super knowledgeable. Btw, Nick is the one that runs that I link to all the time. They have a good stock, and they ship quick. In Austin, ground shipments would get there 2 days after I ordered.
The one issue I had, ironically, was also with chrome being chipped off on Z1 Gauge Rings. It took a couple of extra days to resolve but Z1 shipped me the replacement directly. Z1 is good too, and I usually use them if they're stocking something CZP isn't or if the price is substantially different.
Worlds first manual swapped Infiniti Q60 Red Sport! When the new Q60 originally came out, we fell in love. It had the aesthetics, speed, performance and everything in between. The only problem was that Infiniti did not offer a manual version. Challenge accepted! So we went out and purchased a brand new Q60 from the dealer and decided if we wanted a manual one, we were gonna have to do it ourselves. After all the blood, sweat and tears and countless hours fine tuning, we now have ourselves the worlds first Manual Q60s Red Sport!
